Delivery of goods by courier / transport company

We send the ordered goods by the transport company. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 days depending on the availability of goods. On the day of delivery you will be contacted by courier via SMS.

The amount of postage depends on the country of delivery:

• Slovak republic – FREE
• Czech republic – FREE
• Other EU countries – Depends on the country

Working days 08:00 – 18:00.

We will inform you by SMS that your goods are available and ready for collection. At the same time, we ask you to wait for the confirmation of the delivery of your goods, thus avoiding misunderstandings and your purchase will be smoother and more convenient.

The goods will be reserved for you for the next 10 working days, after which the order will be canceled. If you wish to extend your reservation, please contact our warehouse with your request.

When taking over the goods, check the goods, because there is no subsequent possibility of withdrawing from the contract during personal collection.

Delivery of the order only on the basis of the collection code delivered in the customer’s SMS message.
